Guest room rates may be honored three days prior and three day following
the event based upon hotel guest room and rate availability.

Please note, our team does not possess the capability to extend stays
beyond the timeframe indicated online, as it's contingent on the hotel's availability.

Our team is maintaining a waitlist, and if you're interested,
we can certainly add your name to it. Please provide expected arrival and departure dates
