How do I check in for the event?

Please visit the Adventure Center on the Lobby Floor to check in for the event, before heading to the ballroom. Here, you’ll receive your seating assignment, bidder card, and eligible attendees can sign up for shipping. Check in will be open from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

 

When does bidding open for the silent auction?

Bidding will open at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 7, 2024. As a registered attendee, you will receive a unique URL to place your bids. This link will be provided when the Silent Auction opens via text message. To update your mobile number, please email wineauction@origence.com.  

Placing a bid is simple! 

1.      Browse Packages // Simply swipe down to show more packages until you find one you like.

2.      View Package Details // Take a closer look at the package: view the current bid price and read the description.

3.      Buy or Bid on a Package // When you find a package you like, you can place a bid, bid more than the next increment, or just buy it now!

Where can I buy wine?

Wines will be available in both the Plaza and Pavilion rooms. Visit the Plaza to bid on a limited collection of 98+ Point wines, and bottles from Caymus, Silver Oak, Hall, and more!

Visit the Pavilion room to see more wines, spirits, and non-wine packages.


When does bidding close for the silent auction?

The silent auction will close on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM.


Can I drink my wine during dinner?

Yes! If you’d like to pick up your purchases to enjoy during dinner, please find a bid assistant during the silent auction. The bid assistant will mark your purchase as picked up, and you can take the bottle. Please visit a bartender or find a member of the waitstaff in the ballroom to assist with corking your bottle.

 

If I didn’t win any wine during the silent auction, is dinner wine available for purchase?

Yes! A limited number of wine bottles will be available for purchase during dinner. Bottles range from $100 - $250, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit the dinner wine table in the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom Foyer for additional information.


How many Live Auction lots will be available?

Ten live auction lots will be sold at the event. Check them out HERE.


How do I add my credit card to my supporter profile?

You can pre-register your credit card HERE.


How do I pick-up my purchases onsite?

Check-out will open at 9:30 PM in the Pavilion Foyer.


How do I sign up for room delivery?

Attendees eligible for room delivery will be notified via email with instructions. 


 

How do I know if I’m eligible for shipping?

Complimentary shipping is offered to air-travel guests who reside in eligible states. We are not able to ship to the following states: Alaska, Massachusetts, Tennessee, West Virginia, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Utah.

I forgot to pick up my items after the event! How can I get my purchases?

For attendees local to Orange County, purchases will be available for pickup at Origence’s Irvine Office after March 20, 2024. For attendees not local to Orange County, purchases will be shipped to those residing in eligible states.
